Dreaming that we fall into an abyss but we manage to get out of it, or we are forced to cross on a weak walkway, means that there is a chance to mend the situation and regain happiness, but all of this after great difficulties. If we see the abyss but we do not fall into it, it means that there is still time to avoid evil that threatens us.
